Even in the face of challenging economic circumstances, having the right fundamentals of our business in place has enabled your organizations to grow and prosper. The future looks extremely bright heading into 2012.
We are excited and proud to announce The Republic of Colombia is now the seventh market for Max International, featuring a full service office in Bogotá. We are now entering the pre-launch phase on February 6th at 10:00 a.m. COT (Colombia Time) / 8:00 a.m. MST with a planned formal grand opening during the May/June 2012 timeframe following the Max International Amplify convention in Salt Lake City. This dynamic marketplace is a welcome addition to our family and is very strategic in meeting the long-term plans for the company.

From January 12th to the 14th, Max Field Leaders from around the United States and Canada came to Salt Lake City, Utah to work in concert with Max Corporate to help shape the future of Max International. The field leaders that were present represented many of the top loyal long-term leaders of Max’s field. Our collective goal was to work together to formulate a plan to help expand into new markets and help grow the Max business for the long-term.
The results of the meetings were outstanding. For three days the leaders spent over 10 hours per day in small groups throughout the home office framing the future with the corporate team. We set a foundation for new tools and training systems that will help Max International to become a legacy company.
The leaders who attended helped start a new unity between corporate and field for the success of every Max team member. Collectively, we are changing the game.
The camaraderie and collaboration extended beyond the office, as after each day the group went out and continued the dialog at dinner. Finally, the three days ended with everyone meeting at the home of our co-founder Steve Scott. We had a wonderful time at Steve and Shannon’s home where we watched some football, ate some barbecue, talked about the work that had been completed and marveled at the unity that had developed amongst all of us. A perfect ending to our new beginning.
I want to thank the field leaders for their time, dedication, and commitment to the long-term future of Max International. Together we will become an industry leader and will revolutionize our business.

Max saw incredible growth in Australia and New Zealand last year thanks to all our Associates. 2012 promises to be another successful year for Max Down Under so to accommodate our growth we’ve now expanded our Auckland office to better service our present and future needs.
The groundwork for this expansion was laid last year while Co-CEO Dave Bagley was in New Zealand to assist with our plans to expand our offices. What was then a vision to cater for our current and future needs has become a fully realized professional center for the New Zealand and Australian markets.
While our old office on the 4th floor of the Penrose Business Plaza Suite was a mere 25% of the floor space, our new expansion takes up the entire 3rd floor! This new space caters for all of our needs, from office to shipping. The office space hosts impressive Board and Conference Rooms as well as an 80-
90 seat Meeting Room to cater to our emerging Asian and Polynesian groups. Our new shipping area allows us to pack and ship over a 1,000 orders per day!
Our staff is there now to guide and help our Associates become the best they want to be, along with a strong and committed Field Advisory Council who are dedicated to help all they serve. So, if you didn’t make the open house, come in to say hello and see what our new office has to offer. We’re here to help you become more successful as we continue to grow together.
