How to Qualify

All Max Philippines Associates must meet the following requirements for qualification:

Guidelines:

1. 2010 Macau Travel Incentive Program is open to all Max Philippines Associates.
2. Qualifiers must be on autoship or with personal qualifying order of at least 2 sleeves in each of the two months.
3. Associates must meet the qualifications in September and October. However, Diamond Pack recruits in September in excess of the minimum required can be carried forward for the October Diamond Pack recruit qualification. As an example, if an Associate has 8 Diamond Pack recruits in September, he/ she just needs 4 Diamond Pack recruits in October plus the 1,000 CV increase in his/her pay leg.
4. In addition to the aforementioned requirements, the following must likewise be met:

• Associates whose previous highest rank qualification is bronze or silver must meet their highest qualification rank in at least one of the two months, i.e., an Associate whose highest qualification rank is Bronze must qualify as volume Bronze in at least one of the two months while an Associate whose highest qualification rank is Silver must qualify as volume Silver in at least one of the two months.
• Associates whose previous highest rank qualification is Gold must at least qualify as volume Silver in both qualification months.
• Associates whose previous highest rank qualification is Platinum must at least qualify as volume Gold in both qualification months.

5. First-time Platinum & Diamond Associates in any of the two-month period (either September or October) will automatically qualify for the promotion.
6. Promo prize can only be used by the registered Associate and cannot be
assigned.

Note: No joiners will be allowed. The only exception would be Associates who qualify for the incentive. Qualifiers can bring their spouse provided they pay for the spouses’ travel package costs.

Hotel accommodations are on twin-sharing basis and include sumptuous buffet breakfast at the hotel. Transfers from the airport to the hotel, transfers/ferry to Hong Kong Disneyland, tickets to Hong Kong Disneyland and the show “The House of Dancing Water” are included in the package.

What is an All Star?

With the 2010 “All Star Weekend” Convention just weeks away, this is a timely question. I have been working on a welcome message for the 2010 convention magazine, and have been pondering the idea of “All Star,” especially as it applies to Associates.

You probably see All Star Associates every day, people who do the little things that make a big difference. They take time for you—your questions, your concerns, your victories. These All Stars put team ahead of self, and exude confidence, professionalism, and a passion for Max and our industry. They may not be in your upline; they could even be someone in your downline.

Associate All Stars find ways to give back. Beyond making money, they make a difference. We encountered more than a few All Star Associates on the Momentum Tour, giving their support to Prevent Child Abuse Utah. Max All Stars personify our message of “A” Company, becoming “A” Associates in the process. They’re the ones you tell your friends about, the ones you want to emulate. As in sports, being hailed as an All Star is a badge of honor.
