Joe Voyticky
Prior to joining Max, Joe spent 14 years as a finance lawyer in New York City. He worked at several internationally known law firms, including Hunton & Williams, Mayer Brown Rowe & Maw, Bingham McCutchen, Allen & Overy, and Pepper Hamilton. While working as a finance lawyer, Joe was the lead lawyer on many complex finance transactions, including leverage leases, synthetic lease deals, credit facilities, acquisitions, and securitizations. Joe was introduced to Max in late 2008 where he was the lead counsel for many of Max’s corporate initiatives.
Joe spent his childhood split between Brooklyn, New York, and Cobleskill, New York. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School (1985), Union College (1989), and Harvard Law School (1992). He is an avid runner, golfer, and tennis player.
