It is definitely an exciting time to be involved with Max International. In North America and abroad, Max is gaining market share because we are focused on the fundamentals that drive the business. These key elements include:

On this theme I am proud to announce that Max International has appointed Josefino “Joey” Sarmiento to serve as General Manager of our Philippines operations. Joey comes to us with decades of experience with name brand companies including Sara Lee and industry players Herbalife, Avon and Sunrider. He has also served as chairman of the Philippines Direct Selling Association and is currently a director with that organization.
While serving at the PDSA, he created, in cooperation with government and regulatory agencies, an anti-pyramiding education program to help would-be Associates identify attributes that define strong, long term, professional services direct selling companies. Joey definitely sees the exciting potential that we all know is present at Max. This important change yet again displays Max’s unwavering commitment to the Philippines.
We give our thanks to Dan Riordan for his tireless efforts in developing the Philippines market over the past many months. The Philippine Associates have a great deal of appreciation and affection for Dan for all that he has done there. He is highly skilled at start-up operations and development activities and has been asked to focus these talents on operational objectives for improvement in the Canadian market to ensure continued great service there for our Associates.
I appreciate very much all of you in the Max family for your ongoing efforts and professionalism as we work together to make this company a household name around the world. With the exciting CellGevity technology being implemented in products on the horizon and with the convention coming in October with thousands already registered, now is the time to act and position yourself and your teams for great things that are before us.
Please help me welcome Joey to the extended Max family and thank Dan as he moves to his next assignment with Max.
