My name is Francis Krebs. I’m from Arlington, Texas, and I’m a wife and a mother of two children. I’ve enjoyed a very successful career in the construction industry. In fact, I actually own my own successful construction company.
I joined Max on July 30, and while I was very excited, I have to admit, since I was already very successful in business, I was NOT coachable. I thought I could do this on my own, that I didn’t need any help or training from anyone. I was ignorant and arrogant, a pretty deadly combination.
For 60 days I struggled. I made 80 initial contacts and burned through almost two Diamond packs-worth of samples, and I had nothing to show for it! I didn’t sign up one person, not even a customer! On Oct. 3rd, I decided Max just wasn’t for me—“I’m not cut out for this.” Basically, I decided to quit.
That same day, I was invited to attend a boot-camp training at Jeanne Jelsomeno’s house. There was required homework to attend. I decided to give it one last shot—and I began to listen to training audios and read numerous documents.
The next day I attended the boot camp with a humble heart and an open mind. I realized I was doing everything wrong. I was hitting every rookie landmine possible! I decided that day to start over and do exactly what was outlined by my upline—word–for–word, step–by–step.
Beginning on Oct. 5th, I called several of the contacts that I had previously approached and apologized to them. Obviously my approach had turned them off. I asked for a second chance. And then I just followed the training with passion and conviction. Ten days later, I had signed up 12 Diamond Pack Associates and thereby fast-tracked to GOLD! And I’m not done. I’m in the recruiting zone and there are dozens of people I still need to contact.
Thank you, Randy and Amanda Palmer, Carol and Gene Parker, Monica and John Dawson, and Jeanne Jelsomeno for not giving up on me when I was ready to give up on myself. All I can say is the system works and you can do this too.

Hi Francis,
I was wondering if you could let me (and others) know what the training audios and documents were that you read. I know you are not the only one that has had a hard time following the systems all ready set in place. I myself am having a hard time letting go of the idea that I can do this myself, and I know this is holding me back. Once again, if you could share the training audios and documents, maybe even some other pointers from the boot camp, I would be extremely grateful.

I’d love to know more! My problem is that I work odd hours and is hard to go to the trainings in the times they are given.Thank you.
Just remember this is a team sport and 3 way calls. It is all about just listening to what you are taught and not doing your own thing.
I too attended Jeanne Jelsomeno’s Boot Camp just yesterday in Toronto, ON. Canada and am pumped! The big message I got was “go to Utah” and get the vision from the source! I loved her no-nonsence approach, it all makes sense to me and I’m sure the other few hundred associates in attendance felt the same way. … Carol
