Following the amazing year we had in 2012 we’re ready to make 2013 the year of Max International. We’re committed to providing our Associates with the products, resources, and training they need to grow their own successful businesses – and at the Las Vegas Kickoff Event we set out to prove it!
Friday
The weekend officially started with Friday night’s Gold and Above Training – an exclusive opportunity for our Associates in attendance to participate in world-class personal development. Everyone was treated to four special presentations:
Chris & Tammy Gingras educated the room about the importance of teamwork and team building as seen through their own unique story. Chris and Tammy shared their dreams; dreams they never thought would come true but are now realized thanks to the power of Max.
Building on this them, Alex Monterrosa then shared the importance of dream boards and having a personal vision. Sharing his own personal experiences, Alex explained how Max has allowed him to provide for his family, get their dream house, dream cars, and even travel the world. It takes hard work, and a clear vision, but it all pays off.
Next was Max President Jim Stevralia, who shared with everyone the importance of leadership. This included special highlights of all the exciting developments in our foreign markets. There has never been a better time to be at the forefront of Max, and these new markets are clear examples!
Finally, Max Co-CEO Dave Bagley shared with the leaders the important lesson of how Max is a solution to the devastated economies and declining health worldwide. He highlighted the products and the opportunities available to all Associates and the absolute importance of sharing this message. Simply put, there is no better time than NOW to take command and be a Max Leader.
While the Gold and Above training was happening, Max Co-CEO Joe Voyticky hosted a special training for all of our other Associates in attendance. Both meetings were filled with Max Associates and their excited guests who all shared their ideas and excitement. This was an incredible display of energy for an event that was just beginning!
Following the trainings, everyone shared a wonderful dinner and had time to share ideas with other leaders. Then, to close out the evening, Max hosted the special reception with Steve and Shannon Scott for the first 50 Vegas registrants. Steve and Shannon hosted a fun reception replete with treats, drinks, and camaraderie. It was a perfect end to the first night for our Associates to have some quality time with Steve and Shannon and to be able to share their personal successes with each other.
Saturday
The excitement from Friday night carried into Saturday morning as the conference room began to fill up. It was easy to tell that everyone in the in the room knew there were exciting announcements coming, even if they didn’t yet just how big they were going to be.
The morning started off with reflection as Dave Bagley and Joe Voyticky shared the accomplishments of 2012. These were the major Max accomplishments:
- Released new Marketing Tools including brochures and starter kit
- Introduced the Max Medical Board
- Started MyMaxPay – our new Direct Payment system
- Re-launched Max.com, the Max blog, and our Virtual Office
- Opened new markets in Colombia and El Salvador
- Launched the AutoShip Recovery Program and Max 90 Day Challenges
- Welcomed our newest Diamond and Double Diamond Associates
- Achieved BSCG certification on all our products guaranteeing them safe for athletes
- Honored at a major medical symposium in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Dave Bagley then made the transition from reflecting on past achievements to showcasing future advancements. Are you ready for the future of Max mobile?
Max.com is now optimized for mobile devices and the upcoming Max mobile app features the ability to push content to contacts, order products, and even enroll people on the go! The crowd got especially excited when they saw a preview of 2 new promotional videos that will be easily shared with their contacts through just the push of a button.
Soon came the moment of our first big reveal. Steve Scott himself came out to talk about the technology behind our products and that there is nothing like them out there in any market. But, we will never be stagnant, and we are committed great thing even greater. This was when Steve announced the launch of our new MaxATP powder formula.
Everyone was in attendance able to sample the new product and were given the first opportunity to purchase this great new take on the world’s only performance drink. With a great event special of “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”, the product sold out in less than one hour! Fortunately, even those that missed on out the product were given free shipping for future orders on top of the event special. It really does pay to be at Max Events!
This was especially true at the start of the afternoon session, as Max began to give out money to our 60 Day End of the Year Promotion winners. These Associates all earned their rewards with their hard work and dedication and were deserving of every accolade.
The bulk of the afternoon session was a series of inspirational talks and sessions led by the likes of Leading Associates Alex Monterrosa, Sheri Werner, Rhonda Dasher, Sylvain Legault, Chad Statham, Chris Gingras, and George Reninger as well as Joe Voyticky and Jim Stevralia. These great sessions were capped off by a heart-felt recognition of our attending Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond leaders. New Diamond Enrique Tawachi, New Double Diamonds Rick Monterrosa and Edward Vieco were all recognized and given their new pins.
Then, the major reveal of the day was upon us. Dave Bagley took the stage and proudly announced the largest promotion in Max’s history. Our new Leadership Advancement and Consistency Bonus! Attendees were so shocked at the news they couldn’t wait to text and call their network about this amazing opportunity. Even better, those in attendance were rewarded with an additional 25% bonus on their Consistency Bonus for this promotion.
Finally, the last announcement of the day was for our ACCELERATE 2013 International convention. Those in attendance were one more special perk in the form of special convention pricing. Then came the reveal that this year’s convention will be at the historic Abravanel Hall in Salt Lake City.

As a new Associate, I am blown away!
This event just fired me up even more for what is coming in 2013. We have been a sleeping giant, and now are starting to emerge into mainstream! Watch out world, here comes MAX ! ! ! It is so great being aligned with a company that will become known for ‘maintaining good health’ !!
It was my first time in a Max convention. Being a new associate and just starting to build my team here in CA, I got to meet my ‘partners’, double, triple diamond associates who brought out inspiration and a push for me to grow my team. Special thanks to Triple Diamond George G. Reninger, who threw me in some packets of the new MaxATP powder, as it was sold out the moment I got my turn to purchase. (I attended a small party after the convention, and was able to share my Max experience with a friend right away using said packets). As of this writing, I am waiting for my MaxATP powder in the mail (I still got the special LV price, of course with free shipping), and can’t wait to share it with my future team.
