2012 was a big year for Max thanks to exciting new features, materials and promotions. However, our greatest success comes from our leading Associates. For this reason we are proud to recognize Rick Monterrosa & Piedad Alvarez for achieving Double Diamond!
Having been with Max since almost the beginning, Rick understands the key elements of what makes a successful business.
Rick was introduced to Max in 2008 by his brother Alex. Curious about this new opportunity, Rick did his due diligence and investigated the company and its products. What he found, in his own words, was a “great opportunity I needed to be a part of.”
“The uniqueness of Max products,” Rick says, “and the power that they have to impact people’s lives is unprecedented. Add to that the great business opportunity, the power to earn your own success, and you have the complete package.”
With such a solid foundation of product and compensation, Rick went about establishing his own Max business with the help of his brother and other family members.
“Me and my brother Alex, we worked as a team since day 1. Us, and the other members of our family, we succeed together completely as a result of the synergy we have.”
Rick’s success doesn’t stop with his family ties. He noted that he owes his success to his entire downline. “There’s just too many, too many to name who share in this,” he noted, “this accomplishment is for my entire team, I am fighting for them!”
This close and trusting connection throughout his network is something that Rick wants all Associates to consider as they grow their own businesses. “Be humble, be teachable, let your upline guide you as you start your business, as you grow. Then, you need to work your butt off!”
“Ultimately, if you invest in other people, if you plant that seed for your business and continue to take care of it, then that tree will grow and you’ll reap the rewards.”
Despite his success, Rick isn’t resting on his laurels. He vowed to continue working hard, not only for himself, but for those who work with him. “I believe in this company, and I’m extremely excited about what’s to come. We’re just scratching the surface here, and I know that this will be a billion-dollar company.”
